Parenthood Priority Scheme

The Parenthood Priority Scheme (PPS) helps first-timer married couples with children to buy their first home. Under the PPS scheme, 30% of the BTO flat supply and 50% of the SBF flats will be set aside.

You will be accorded the PPS if you meet the following conditions:

You are a first-timer married couple
You have at least one child (natural offspring from the lawful marriage or legally adopted) who is a Singapore Citizen and aged below 16 years old at the point of your BTO/SBF application
You are expecting your first child who is a Singapore Citizen

New Scheme for couple with kids ? Is this new ? pregnant considered got kids ?

SC + LTVP Pregnant Wife = Can Apply for BTO ? - Though CAn BUT only for 2 room.

Anyway for the benefit of other , I copied the following from HDB website:

Eligibility Conditions:

Citizenship

1. You must be a Singapore Citizen.

2. Public Scheme / Fiance/Fiancee Scheme / Orphans Scheme: Your family nucleus must comprise at least another Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.

3. Non-Citizen Spouse Scheme: Your spouse is not a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident. - # Applicable to 2-room flat in the non-mature estates under the BTO

Not sure if there is any other special category (unless case by case basis) ...

Is this a :

1. SC + SC ;
2. SC + PR ; or
3. SC + Non SC/PR.

I reckon it's applicable only to SC + SC ...
