if its in kind of expenses....of cos the living expenses is cheaper in Ving Long if compared to Sinkie... but well,he is the owner of a HDB flat in Sinkie whereas he is nobody in VL. the next thing is...if its just both of them and they buy a 3 storey house..i dont know how big is the surface area..but size of houses in countryside are usually bigger as compared to those in Hcmc..hence i predict maybe his wife's family also stay together with them..therefore...his living expenses will also increase..
