They not rich and not highly educated...but at least I see them way more better than those rich and high educated & even know what they should do or how they should behave....Rich doesnt mean they need to behave like the rest of the rich...poor also doesnt mean they will behave like some bro's in-law here....Never study high or low also doesnt mean they know or dont know how they should treat others.

As far as I know and experience...they are good to me and I havent experience what others have experience...I can say that it is very low chance that I will experience the same thing...to them their daughter's happiness is the most importance to them...money to them is something which they can earn themselves if they willingly to....afterall they have been poor before to the extend of eating sweet potato or even worse before...

Yes, u are right to a certain extend that rich or poor doesn't mean they do not know how to treat poeple right. But what we deem as right or wrong may not be what they deem too. Let me strike an example : to the vietnamese, its normal to stay in a relative place when they are abroad. What i mean here is even if they go as a group, and the relative's place doesn't have enuff space, the vietnamese are alright to just lie down anywhere in the house. To them, this is normal. But to most singaporeans, we do not want to be disturbed. What i am trying to say is that cultural differences may just make you experience what most bros with vietnamese spouse here experienced before .

Do they not need some kind of approval/visa/authorised-travel for the entire family to leave Vn to go to another country for visit over a period?

Depends on the country they visit. If they hold valid viet passport, no visa/approval/authorised-travel to visit SG. Unless they want to stay longer than the permitted days.
