Thanks bro. Btw, i will be away in Singapore for my spore biz commitments from 20th to 28th Jan. My wifey will also be away in province from 23rd to 24th. So the best time to catch me will be either tomorrow or from 29th onwards.

Just a rough guide, about 240 to 270 million VND per hectare(10,000m2)

Tay Ninh's soil very dry and not fertile - mainly used for rubber and
cassava plantations.

A breeding cow will cost about 10 -15 million VND. It used to cost
about 25 -30 million VND during the speculative fever - to breed
calves. During the fever, female calf can fetch 8 million VND, and male
calf ended up as BBQ roast in a HCMC restaurant.

Hi newbie here,

So it's Tay ninh a good place to buy land to invest? I think it's about 3-4 hours car ride away from HCM...There are alot of cows there but mostly i see those kampuchea ppl herding it...
