Bros going to HCM be prepared, normally the actual temperature will be 1 to 2 degrees higher than what is reported on newspaper. This is what i used to observe when i was there. So the newspaper reports temperature at 36 degrees, then actual should be around 37 to 38 degrees.

I intend to go to the beach for my trip in Mid-Apr. Dunno is it advisable to go and 'burn' msyelf or not. My g/f came back from Nha Trang last week, she say beach very nice... can bring me there. But 7-8hrs from HCM.

So far leh... that time travel 7 hrs to Mekong is killing liao. Any nearer and nicer beach to recomemmend but not tourist spot hor...

The nearest beach from HCM City is Vung Tau. Its a tourist area. its around 2 hrs drive away from HCM. but with such weather, not advisable to go there. Was there a few times and in the afternoon, damm hot. good thing is that place has quite a lot of seafood resturants.

Vietnamese when they say their beach very nice.....to me I see it normal...

water same east coast....not those clear see thru type one...

There are some beaches around Danang that has crystal clear water. But i think take internal flight there better than take car

Heard of it also.. Danang a nice cool place in central VN. My viet g/f complain cold when she was there with friends last week. Wonder how cold it is... she is one who scare of cold. evrytime in hotel switch off aircon. knn..i hot like hell, everytime sleep naked heehee.

Danang...7 hrs by road... this puts me off.
