Hey Bro - I've been to Dragon Night Club twice, once alone and once with friends. It's at Golden Dragon Hotel (same as 18 Sauna).
I've always showed up with a coupon that you can buy in HK, but how it works is you basically pay a "cover" type charge to enter. I think the coupons were about 400 HKD but it varies on what times you enter. It costs more without coupon and more at peak times (after 9pm or so).
When you enter, it's a huge room (compared to SG KTVs) - your coupon gets you a fruit platter and a beer or tea. Other liquor/food costs more but if you're just there for girls one beer is fine. The mamasan assigned to you will then explain the system - she will bring out girls in groups and you can pick one or pass, just like in SG KTVs. If you pick one, you can still trade her out if you don't like her. Just push the button in the room to summon the mamasan.
Anyway sit and chat - they have PRCs and Viets and some Thais. Once you think you want your girl, call the mamasan to take her to a room at the hotel. There are normal girls and models - I think a Viet was around 1200 to 1400hkd and a PRC model was 1500hkd on top of the cover. You theoretically have 2 hours with the girl if you choose fast after you enter - but maybe only 1 shot, not really sure.
There's no "program" in the room, unlike a sauna - so just shower and get it on. The room is a hotel room and is pretty decent. I've always left after I finished, not sure if you can go back to KTV after.

Maybe you can try East Spa. Girls there are said to be of higher quality than Xanado. I was at Xanado a couple of months back and the quality of girls were indeed not that high, kind of below my expectation...

the sauna at guotai sometimes appear to be closed even at other hours...but if you had been staying at guotai hotel itself, just make a call to downstairs, give your specifications and they will send a girl upstairs to your room...dun like can change....services same as provided at the sauna itself....
Thanks for the info. but i usually stay at other cheaper hotels like chang an.. its about 200plus a night. i feel very disappointed because usually after drinks and food its already 3 or 4am and i quickly rush over to guotai but closed already..
but from my experience i will advise bros to go to guotai before 2am because by 3am most of the girls wana go home and 3am is the time that collect their pay.. cause i went in once at 2plus halfway through service the girl had to stop and call her friend to collect her pay for her which is kind of a turn off for me.
anyway, i went to guotai about 245am about 3 days ago and the whole place was closed door was not locked but completely no one at all. so left and headed back to hotel, was a wasted trip again. any one has any info on other simliar places which open later or 24hours would be better. ?

It's a pretty nice sauna though, but for the price of massage there can get so much more at Jin Ye / Guo tai... I wouldn't mind paying more if I could get one of the hostesses, they were damn chio
ya i agree with you on the massage and facial packages there makes u feel like a king! i saw a few female managers (those that intro u the packages when u first enter) which are damm chio, wanted to try to sian them but im not a big spender there and only been there once so, i guess maybe next time.

East Spa and Sanado - no coupon, no promotion price for 1 regular girl and 24 hour sauna access is around 1500 to 1600 HKD. "Models" cost more I think, never tried one.
18 runs from about 1700 HKD to 2000 HKD, depending on the girl, for single session + 24 hour sauna access. Don't think 18 has any special promotions.
Entry without choosing a girl is something between 400 to 500 HKD in every place - not sure, I always get a girl All the saunas have extras you can choose to pay more for, massages, special foods, cosplay with the girls, longer services, etc...

East Spa is at the Waldo Hotel. Don't confuse it with the Grand Waldo which is on Taipa.
Saunas are perfect for going alone to, it's not like KTV.
