Probably he mixed up the 0.. When my friends come to batam for their first few trips, they always had this problem as well..

Ask him for 50k, he give 5k..

Ask him for 10k, he give 100k..

Ask him for 800k, he give up and pass me his money. Ask me to take myself..

If i dont remember wrong,i ever treat few bros in this thread to Tea Story restaurant at Formosa Hotel 1st floor at around 7k per big mug or tall glass of beer before. I cant remember the exact price for it,but it is definitely below 10k becos we were still comparing the beer and the mineral water pricing and joke that mineral which cost 10k is more expensive than beer in Tea Story...lol.

Next trip i will go double check again. But if its really 7k per big mug,20k per jug isnt impossible.

Those with drugs were taken away,and one of them is a Malay SG Bro. Raids seems to happen much more in Newton n Planet rather than Pacific. Anyways Broz going at Batam,stay away from drugs...if u bring your girls to Disco,make sure u or your girls don't carry or keep anything that would land you into trouble.

Lol, that's Tea Story, a bubble tea cafe... Not unusual for prices to be somewhat cheaper..

Take into context Singapore... A can of beer probably costs $4-$5 bucks in a coffeeshop... The same can of beer will cost 3 times more in a nightspot..

Same logic in batam...

Reason is base on the places you pointed out in your post,you have apparently Step Out of the Formosa Glass Door and TURN LEFT HAND SIDE...thats why you see all the booking joints you named and thats ALSO why you missed one more joint that are very close,it is New Berlian,hehehe....if you were to turn RIGHT HAND SIDE,you will reach there in about 120 steps. Further down about 15 mins walk from New Berlian will be Pemata Indah joint.

Beside Formosa Hotel is Centre Point,behind centre point 5 mins walk is Happy Massage 8,further down from Happy Massage 8 you will see Hotel Bali or even Newton Hotel...if you are at Newton,search the area for Bali Hotel,cos opposite the Hotel is MM and Indah2,hehehe....and when you find Hotel Bali,Utama is not far and behind Utama is Bunga Massage...so whether you walk left,walk right or walk behind,if you stay in Formosa Hotel,you are simply nearly at the center of all overnight booking joint.
