While you can email the offices, and you will find many of the mistresses understand English well, the ones that read and write English well are rare. If you have truely unique requests, then the office probably can answer who is suitable to assist you.

Most if not all SM clubs in Japan will accept foreigners. The main factor in acceptance these days is your Japanese speaking ability. Also I do not know any Japanese SM clubs now that charge foreigners more than native Japanese.

The "gaijin taxes" are somewhat prevalent in the delivery health clubs and soaplands but not in the SM industry.

La Siora and Sweet Devil charge the same price for all clients and always have done so.

For the non-Japanese speaking Japan newbie, La Siora is your best place to begin.

I agree with all your points, what I meant with gaijin tax is that the clubs who have English web pages and English speaking receptionist cost more and offer less time in a double squeeze. And never seems to provide volume discounts.

2h example, not including hotel.

• La Siora/Sweet Devil 40,000円/130m+3,000円=43,000/130=~331円/m
• Prezis 38,000円/140m=~271円/m
• Myrrh 36,000円/140m＋1,000円=37,000/140=~264円/m

So for this example the mark up cost between Prezis and LS/SD is +22%
Between Myrrh and LS/SD it's +25% this is what I call the gaijin tax.

Not all things are equal though, so be careful when comparing.

Both Prezis and Myrrh have long daytime sessions alternatives available that can further lowers the cost, but for the example above I used there standard rates.
