Thanks for all the replies regarding Satit Grand View. Does anyone know how much they charge during long weekends? I might be going over this Haji long weekend. Also, do they accept call in room bookings?

if its a holiday weekends .., just prepare to pay about 10% to 20% more.., to be safe side

It was 4pm when Ani came back. No hello whatsoever. Went to ab nam (bath), later sat on a chair clipping her toenails. All this while I was quietly observing her while pretending to read the Star paper on the bed. Decided to whip my camera out to get a sneak shot at her when she shouted ‘No’ in Mandarin and then continued her ‘manicure’. Then went to close the lights, sat at the edge of the bed and threw the condom pack down. That was it. Told her that I was in no mood. She then changed to her clothes and began to inquire if I was into disco scene. Her friend was having a party in Paragon and she would like to go even without me. And if that wasn’t enough, she wanted to wash her bra & undies since we weren’t ‘doing it’ now. Told her to go back her office as I was totally piss with her attitude. Then she started saying she is willing to stay with me for the night and she was sorry. Stress that it was too late as I have decided. Argue that is way pass 6pm and too late to cancel booking. Finally had her leaving by saying that I would explain to Oudee that I was at fault and she was ok. Also make me promise not tell where she went during the afternoon. Yeah, right. You wish.
Talk to Oudee at his noodle shop. Lay everything down. On how Ani was, that I did not FJ her and how piss I was that I was being treated like a ragdoll. Wasn’t gonna pay this booking fee. Saw he wasn’t too pleased even though he was smiling. Then he went to call Bie (Joy sister) which I decline. You would think I was mad for passing her. Recalled yesterday 1 girl make a wisecrack joke in Cantonese at Ovation. Stuck with me for a while. So describe her which after trial error found her. Her name Mai.
Now be forewarned. Once you sent 2 girls back with/out reason, you have cement yourself a bad rep among ‘the office’ staff. I’m now known as ‘keeniao’ which means stingy. Been called worse. Just do what the Thais do best. Smile and ignore. I even thank them for noticing it which just cracks them up.

crunchy, taste and feel like ikan bilis when you start chewing on them...... grasshoppers, etc

the water bug is eaten slightly differently, the female one have eggs in the body that you squeezed them out and eat them, then the head, you have to eat the 'meat', real small amount when break open the head. Taste and feel like crab meat. The eggs are supposed to make you horny...

The last picture where the girl is holding the baby bug, taste will depend on how it was fried, otherwise quite tasteless.

Not forgetting high in protein minus fats. Agree with you on the taste wise. Ah Pek sure got balls trying this stuff. Guys here dun know what they are missing. :-)
A while back try scorpions. A bit bitter & crunchy. Some say 'up' your xxx drive. Expensive is more like it.
Will try the water bugs next. Just hate for the legs to get caught in the throat though.

no no, you don't eat the whole water bug

. These water bugs are steamed, eat the eggs from the stomach, eat the 'meat' around the head, and if big enough eat the 'meat' in the legs..... so far, I didn't try the meat in the legs, really too small.....

ps, correct me if I am wrong, they are called meng da........

Just back from Danok, found that many places no water supply. My regular booking puying’s room also no water supply so have to stay in hotel.

Walked in to Oliver but was told that no water supply. Anyway! Still saw people stayed in Oliver even no water supply. Really don’t know why they still can stay!

Then stayed in new Satit as told by Oliver’s receptionist that new satit got water supply.

Any bro here know the reason on the water supply cut? Cheers.

I was there yesterday nite. Stayed in New/Grand Satit. Water was OK. RM85 per nite. Btw, if take taxi from duty free can negotiate with taxi driver and pay RM5 only coz the driver can get RM5 from the hotel counter . Not sure about the motobike. Maybe not need pay or pay RM2 .
