Not all gals can get 10 slots de! More than 10 slots quite impossible unless she is MeiHui, Miko, Shun Zhi or Mei Qi!

These WLs cut corners and can complete the session within 30 - 45 mins most of the time.

You should take the average at 8 hours per day for ease of calculation. Most WL will rest 7 - 10 days each month bcos of strawberry leaves. So if the WL is fit for that month, she would likely work 20 days. Any pai like Xiao Xue at 54A does not even work more than 17 days per month. Same for Jenny. Miko worked more than 20 days per month!

MH is almost on par with her de!

OKT share of the cut ranges $70 - 78 depending which houses. E.g. OKT Lorna pays the WL lowest at $72 per session, OKT Jeff from 1817 pays the WL at $75 per session, OKT Hua pays his WL at $80 per session, OKT Tommy at 1612 pays his WL at $75. These only apply to PRC WL as Malaysian WL takes $95 per session out of $150. Thats why OKT prefer PRC WL and they start work much much early after the CNY holiday.

You have not taken into consideration of overheads like electricity bills, driver fee (some OKT charges the WL), beverages, OKT Asst/helpers and protection fee ...Oops, just kidding ...

Tax declaration for each OKT ranges from $50-60k per annum revenue. Of course all these OKT are bull shitting the IRAS. All OKT would under declare their revenue. But the latter would close one eyes.

WL earnings are tax-free and no CPF contribution.

Meanwhile, he will have to run the brothel well so as not get into trouble with AV. A more serious breach of rules could mean a suspension of operation for a period of 1 week to 3 months or a permanent closure eg 3033 and 2831B( moved to 1431 now) had been suspended for a full 3 months. Some wls were transferred to other houses with the approval of AV. These two OKTs had no choice but to recruit new wls in effect they were out of business longer than 3 months.

I would rather go for a less demanding job with lower pay than to be an OKT.

I am sure many bros will have better inside than me. Please update and correct me if I give incorrect facts or provide wrong figures.

Anyway, I have no time now to correct you. But one thing I wanna add, OKT Hua is a nice guy, he never charge his WL for rental room, laundry and car fee. He also give his WL motivational bonus if they can work up to 20 days per month.

Last time he got his sons to bring the WL out at Luna or Dragon Fly to relac and de-stress once a week. Now they dun.

We are not in their shoe, might think is a good business.......but frankly it is quite suffering....working from 12pm to 2am 7 days a week not off on public holiday...by the time uncle hua went to bed the sun is almost rising....

especially now the helper is gine...they have to do everything themself.

Hua-su typically take$ home more because the two units of fuck shops belong to him. Many OKT need to rent the shops which you have pointed it up correctly in your earlier post. Second level shop is cheaper than ground floor shop. If one owns a unit there and have it rented out, it can easily command a much better price than you rent out a normal HDB unit lor.

You give a rough guess how much is Willie's rental per month for this two storey terrace like fuck shop?

Hi bro, I agree with your analysis of the property market in GL. Willie's house is somewhat rundown and there is a risk of being enbloced. My guess of his rental could be about $ 12K pm.

Financial speaking, Ah Hua is miles ahead of Willie. Ah Hua has a lot more wls than Willie. Willie calls in wls from other houses more often than Ah Hua resulting in lower take ie $30 vs $70.

The location of 2831A is away from the centre of activities from L14 to L20. Luckily, Willie has many faithful followers.
