I understand that disco operate till 3am on the weekends(still the same rite)...
but the raids which u had mention..... does it mean that towards end of the month the cong an there will be more 'on the ball'.....
If a disco has the license to operate till 3am,(which many dont have) they do it everyday, regadless if its weekday or weekend. 30th April is Victory Day and May 1st is LAbour Day. very big holidays. Cops tend to be abit more on the ball because there are more people out partying.

walau, simi high class tourist??? I must recommend near and clean one ma... I cannot ask him go Thanh Da try "131 Peking Roost Duck" Taxi fare to go and back already more than 150K VND. Hoang Long and Windsor is easy for him to find and eat liao sure no "Lao sai" ma
