Personally, my favourite is 97 (i dunno how to spell the address something like ngyuen thi minh khai but u tell the cabbies 97 / d&d mostly they will know), as the music and laser is superb.
The girls who cheong there are mostly viet students who came back from overseas studying/working so alot of them can speak better english / well dressed. So u can communicate the girls better.
And the henessy promoters there are very pretty.

Minus point about there is that there's alot of stuck up ppl / hao lian viet kuis just because they are richer and more educated, and the managers got poor services.

Costs of drinks are on high end based on my personal gauge. 1 Bot Martell with mixer and fruits will costs about SGD $200.

After spending my 2nd year here, i still find the nightlife here disappointing. Is it cheap no...is it great..nope....is it value for money, no way unless one is 1 hard core Vina Beng who loves the Vina Lians(i love this term- my fellow singaporeans invented it). Even for the overseas educated Viets, they are still lacking in social graces. Their "potatoe" accented english is a nightmare, sometimes, i just want tell them to get a grip on their identity..In Vietnam ,It is also not unusual to see girls picking their nose, digging their ears , jamming their fingers into their feet or their favourite Vina Ah lian move which is to squat down even when they are in a dress. What's up with that man? If that does not put you off, then Listen to them speak, they are like always yelling (not speaking) and having this nasal tone which i make when i am shitting, not speaking.

Funny though, my mates always share with me the thrill of a anticipated good commercial deal as they board tiger airways but have so often express disappointment as they board vinasun taxi back to the airport. "For that money i spend over the last 4 days, i would have a much better time in Singapore or even in the region. Vietnam is FXXX SXXX man, " they curse. In short , even if it is commercial, the girls are not providing services at a regional standard.

"What abt the disco," I asked,"isn't the nightlife ok here. Many tell me it good!", i protested
