In HK I used to buy a copy of the newspaper and then while away one hour of more, slowly sipping tea and eating dim sum.
In Cat Thuong Restaurant, HCM, I went there to chit chat with some friends and the musician/singers and buying breakfast for them sometimes. Nothing to do and spend 2-3 hours there usually.
yes, i know....shiok leh when eating dim sum at hk chinese restaurant....like those chinese movie...see ah peks sit down chit chat, drink chinese tea....like that time passed very fast...

hahaha...can eat la but of course suited to local taste a little bit...the siew mai and har gao still tastes similar...varieties may lose out but enough to fill stomach...dun expect their cantonese to be perfect like HK...
Most of the hotels in my list provide free wifi...knew that Nhat Ha Hotel and Sophia Hotel has good wifi...

Most hotels 3 star and below provide free wifi / cable internet access. Numerous restaurants & cafes all over also provide free WIFI access. SOme also provide free electricity to charge your laptop battery.
If it prompts you for a password, just ask the staff, they will give it to you.
