Well, Woda Villa seems too high-level for my simple plans! LOL .
I am not going to spend a week with Miss Indonesia, regrettably.

By the way, the last review on Google for Woda Villa mentions green swamp water flowing in the tub and sewage smelling water from tap. I will not investigate further.

Nono mentioned the junior suite ad Da Vienna. The photos on their web site show a good bath tub for two, but I wish to go there and have a look. Probably the photo is deceiving.

Really Utama had a jacuzzi in room?? That hotel did not look so luxurious...

PS: I found that Pacific Palace has some top suites (priced some 2.5J) with kitchen, 2 rooms, and a jakuzzi, but the photo seems to reveal that it is so small to accommodate barely one person.

Looks like hotels in batam doing very well. Some hotels strictly check in at 2pm wib. Some rooms only available after 2pm. I could only check in BCC at 2.30pm. Swiss belhotel Harbourbay bought over former carrefour building.

BUT only use HarbourBay ferry terminal e-gate.

To use, you have 1 requirement
- Take ferry to harbourBay, do a manual custom check in(chop passport), and TELL custom to enroll your info or fingerprint into system for your next trip for HarbourBay e-gate system

I know some of you, like Open ticket, but in this case, just specify your return time and date
You just purchase first. Both to and back ticket must be purchase online ONLY, not counter buy ticket

Cos HarbourBay Terminal that e-gate as of now ONLY accept Horizon Ferry e-ticket, then only can use the existing e-gate(cater only for indonesian e-gate usage)


Summary: I tried using twice, e-gate work for me.

Difference between JB and Batam harbourBay e-gate is JB egate need registration for every time e-gate usage, Batam HarbourBay no need(cos you already do one time enrollment with Custom officer)



Lastly, Batam centre do not have e-gate facilitiy, ONLY at HarbourBay Ferry Terminal 4

As for return e-ticket, i mentioned must put a return date and ferry time.

I already tested.
Once you reach HarbourBay, go to 2nd floor Horizon Ferry counter, you can change your return trip date and time, or you happy last min(on final day you go counter change date and time also can.

This change WILL NOT affect your e-gate usage, when you take return ferry back Singapore.

Does anyone know if there is any special requirement for Indonesia girls to come for day trip to Singapore from Batam? Will customs ask about hotel or how much money they bring in?

Assuming u meant immigration not customs, yes!! Of course!

If its a day trip then obviously no hotel, but return tkt yes . And likely ask see funds ( if she says here for shopping) if here to see friends, may ask ctc & call.

Appearance matters...if she LOOKS like a SW or kampung gal or obvious cocksuker from a ktv, sher will get pulled aside 99%
If she looks a bit more sophisticated and can walk the talk, shud be ok( lotsa my legit JKA pals fly to batam then take boat these days cos JKA/SG flites so high)

Note also IND immigration tend to quiz lone females intensively now b4 they exit also, esp if her passport is new

my experience was like this
there was a lady i met and she wanted to come visit me in sg
so i bought her a 2way ferry ticket
did not have any issues with immigration at all
i was even there to pick her up just in case
she looks like a regular gnd
her passport is not new (many girls dun have passport as its expensive to make one. she did not mention this so i assume its not the first time she travel)
