Did a short trip to Japan early Nov:

My FRs as follows:

Iwakaba (Kokoro) Experience was soso. booked 50min, pictures are heavily PS as expected but service was meh. Won't go into details but overall 5/10.

Club Amour Osaka (Purinn) No FS soapland. Experience was ok, booked 80min. Service was not bad. Overall 7/10

GFE target market is foreigners, they don't add foreigner tax to the listed prices. Also when booking via LINE/WhatsApp you can confirm the final price with them.

I’m more of a bbbj guy. So fj is not on my priority list (but is a good bonus). Anyways this was my first soapland experience so I just went with it. I read an earlier post that shops in Tokyo can charge 10k-20k foreigner tax? That’s crazy expensive.

There is a street with soaplands (Soapland MAX, Don Juan, Kadoebi etc.). Just go there and try your luck.

There are also Barubola and Sinkaigyo that have providers that serve Jap speaking foreigners, not sure about English only.

Decided to write a guide for the newcomers, especially now when Japan is on discount. This is based off my own experience and research.

Where to Stay
Shinjuku will probably be the best area. From Okubo Park, proximity to Ikebukuro where the love hotels are and the soaps, you get a lot of variety without having to deal with commuting. Some also offer outcall service for a small fee, so you can have them at your hotel depending on the hour. It should be less than 8000Y.

Bros interested in their virgin soap experience can consider Asakusa, as Yoshiwara is next door.

Pink Salons
The BJ bar. Experiences can range from 7000-12000¥ depending on the time and gaijin tax. You may also need to pay a nomination fee, which lets you pick from a photo. Experiences may vary but I would recommend to stay away.

Mostly Gaijins get the older less popular girls or get turned away at the door. Even then, some shops use Photoshop or charge you an unfair tax. For the amount of time allotted, what typically happens is you sit in a chair and have a drink. Your lady comes and makes small talk and goes to action. Even if you are done in 5min, the rest of the session continues where you make small talk. This can be awkward if you aren't good at Japanese.

Soapland
The only "legal" way to get full service. Imo, this is what you come to Japan for. I would advise to check out TAG for reviews rather than walk the street. It would give you a good idea of which shops to scope out for and which girls you want. Best is to have a few shops and girls on your itinerary.

Shops are graded from budget to luxury and then, the girls also have a grade of their own. To add, the girl you want may not be working so you have to check their schedule. What's confusing is that there are typically 1-2 fees involved.

Fee #1: Entrance fee, this is what's advertised by the shop.

Fee#2: What you pay to the girl. AFAIK, you can ask the shop via line or the girl directly. Some gaijin friendly ones will package all fees together to avoid confusion. My advice is to ask the shop via line otherwise you may not have sufficient cash on hand.

Total budgets can range from 40000Y onwards. My advice is rather than book a ultra luxury bonk, to just go for a few mid range bonks to ensure satisfaction. Also do go for at least 120min.

Tip: It is difficult to find Gaijin friendly establishments. if you have the time, try to message the girls on Twitter or Line to see if they accept. I've gotten some positive responses albeit not at the timing that was convenient for me. it is a lot of effort, but worthwhile when you see the quality.

Escorts/Outcall
I used GFE and the prices are definitely on the higher side. Another friendly agency is THC.

Now officially, these agencies will say that no FJ is provided. AFAIK, some girls do offer a secret menu that ranges between 15000-30000¥. Do your own due diligence to see what pricing is acceptable to you. Goes without saying that you don't force yourself on the lady. They have your details and room so dont be an idiot

You will have to find which girl you want and message the agency to confirm their schedule. This can be a bit painful if the agency is not responsive on Line so a call would also be ideal.

Outcall can go to any hotel you want, so you can also book a love hotel or send to your room. Ikebukuro has tons of them and you may even ask them which they would recommend. Don't skimp on the hotel as the last thing you want is to find a dirty room.
