change in Goldenmile the best la, 2nd best option go little india Mustafa Centre (24hrs), rates pretty decent, or change in BKK shopping centres (there is one at Ratchada Robinson) and last option at the hotel.

dun trust those money changers walking around the airports or those taxis touts...

Okok thanks. Coz I limited option for funds exchange. Money never come in on time. So thinking change abit somewhere for travel expenses(BKK taxi and stuff) then change whatever I withdraw at Changi Airport before the flight at BKK.

So actually looking more for money changers in BKK.

dun change at Changi airport too, their rates also suckz

depending on where u stay u can try the exchanger at Ratchada Robinson basement or Super Rich money exchanger at their outlets (latest closed at 9pm)

Both airports AND hotels are no-nos. Even bkk airport's better than changi's. For hotels, worse off than bkk airport. Another extension to their business (like F&B, or overpriced minbars). When in urgent need, change minimum to get you by.
