You are running too fast. Try to run at a pace where you can still converse in full sentences.

Anyway it is inaccurate for most people to use those formulae to calculate the maximum heart rate for running. Need to do a field test to find out your MHR, then can determine what's different training zones for you.

My birthday is always great dinner with family,

Take a trip to Japan and try the locals definitely much cheaper. I think JAV actresses are overrated. Its more of the novelty rather then great service and value for money.

Was in Tokyo in April and did communicate with a few sugar babes via Seeking Arrangement app but I could not close a deal with one I have selected.

She was asking like Yen130,000 for meals and one short. I find that a bit high at that time.

But sort of regretted not to pull the trigger because after spending a few days in Tokyo, I found it's really impossible to meet a local Japanese who can speak English at all

Bro, i think my pace is just average. My HR at Zone 5 is 166.Sometime if not in rush i can even go below 6.23/km.

How do you find out 166 is zone 5?

220 minus age is a rough estimate. You can add or minus 5 depending on how fit currently you are
