The Owner is VINACONEX but no name for the apartment, if you tell the taxi driver Trung Hoa Nhan Chinh they will know, is along end of Lang Ha Road (Fortuna Hotel) towards south. No facilities only shopping at the other building nearby, but I did not venture too far from the clusters of building.

well have been in hcm city for last few days,indeed a fuitful experience which i want to share. Despite the horrible traffic conditions which u need to close ur eyes and cross the streets. the best part is the viet gals that could leave a gd impression of the city.

If its directly opposit An Dong Plaza, then it should be the local hotel after the restaruant `DA JIA LE' . The street is called `Tran Phu Street' (if i didn't spell it wrongly). There's a few local hotels there and its very popular with the taiwanese. I still remember a few years ago, i was eating at DA JIA LE with my gal. Then came a group of taiwanese man with a few local gals. they were laughing loudly while eating. Heard that they had a mass orgy in a room the night before... OH BOY!!!
