Hse38 has the "worst okt" for many people, but in fact has the "best okt" for all girls.

The OKT can be very bad to customers all because he don't know how to control them. That is why the hse gals all climb over his head and act like prima donnas. U can see at times how he get scolded by his hse gals.

Hse38 is one of the very few houses where girls can choose customers on who they want serve.

U can see every Cat40 hse has hse rules for their girls. But if hse rules are there and yet no one implement and carry out, have hse rules for fuck?

By allowing the girls to choose customers, I believed they have formed a sort of niche market. Despite being a condemned house, I suppose the average monthly income for a girl in this house still ranges roughly between $10K-20K per month, multiply that to the number of girls - $$$. Hmmm. I can agree with you that maximum profits is most probably not his objective. With such swee girls, perhaps he wants to feel richer in other ways and has already mixed business with ultimate pleasure?

Like most ordinary folk here, why do we spend multiples of $40, $80, $150 etc. depleting our pay packet or to some, lucky lottery winnings every month? The exact same underlined rationale.

I went into5-6 houses, all like left 1-2 gals only.

They have a certain niche in the sense that they have grps of japs going to their hses. Esp when jap naval crews stop over in sg or grps of jap expats or even tourists. On a daily avg, their girls should have an avg of 15-16 sessions per day, with their angpais easily hitting 25 and above. Sometimes might even hit 30. There is a reason why the Boss of this house chooses girls which are busty. That is why I am a bit surprised that how come there are FRs stating that some new girls only have A cup. (Maybe no more fake neh neh in Thailand)

Jap is their priority because if the japs pay, they have to pay $80 which is for 40mins of workout. Hse38 is very on the dot in terms of timing. 20min++ is the most u get out of a session. Timing very on the ball. If not how their girls can clock so much mileage in a single day?

If local customers pay $40, also get 20mins.

Just like if some people go Hse66 in Lor 6 get 30mins while in Hse38 get only 20mins. every single session save 10 mins is equivalent to 100mins in 10 sessions, thus giving the girl extra exposure in the tank with an extra of 100mins. Imagine converting 100mins to sessions is equivalent to 5 extra sessions.

Sometimes they also pay $100 for 2.5 sessions.
