I stayed in 3 different hotels in Saigon. Alagon Saigon Hotel & Spa, Luxe Hotel Saigon and Sanouva Saigon Hotel all 3 hotels allow me to take girls over night without any questions.

However, I can speak Vietnamese, sometime they treat oversea Vietnamese little different than foreigner, I saw that happened before. so please double check before you book.
