Agreed if you don't need to sign in, can be either illegal joint, massage license exempt shop (open concept or TCM shop.)

Except for the illegal joint (which looks like any other HC or massage shop), the latter 2 categories are very obvious.

You will know an open concept shop when you see one, don't you? Yep, no partitions or rooms. Very unlikely for you to want your dick to be massaged in full view of all and sundry.

Re the TCM shop, only the licensed TCM practitioner can massage you. All the other massage girls in the TCM shop still cannot massage you "legally".

This is a ploy for those massage girls whose employee registrations to work in legal massage shops have been revoked. They pay those old TCM uncles a sum of money to use his credentials and set up shop, little knowing that they are also flouting the ME regulations
