For rest of the brothers who have PM-ed me after reading this thread, I seek your understanding that I am not trying to throw the baits around for the highest "bidders". Just helping to link up ppl with the right needs, and not an OKT or opportunist.
Rather, am keeping the options open for bro Kenbenz to choose first (since he is the TS, and progress well underway), and whoever unselected will be open for other bros who contacted me thereafter. So far, I have only shared with 2 bros, with the 3rd bro still KIV due to some other reasons that I shall not disclose. Only if I did not get his satisfactory reply by coming Monday and that lady is back to SG after celebration, then I will open to the floor.
