Dropped by the place a few days back. If you are talking about the old Turf City, there is one massage shop quite near to the 7-eleven. I walked a couple of rounds and bio the shop. There is only one lady and she was dressed a bit decent leh. Went there to have dinner so after that I did not go and try.

Bro, the place is still going on. But i think there's only HJ available. There's this HOT looking lao chio working there, the slim, big eye PRC. The shop is along the side road where the makan places are. There's a row of shops dealing in car solar films and remote control cars. Outside the shop, there is a turning orange light, so its impossible to miss it. Another clue is the bus bay where the Clementi shuttle bus arrive and depart. With all that, i'm very sure you can find it.
