How do people ensure they are safe? Not medically but more of physically.

If assuming I really force myself to be a FL for once or twice, and ends up the client is not happy cause I'm forcing myself, will I still get paid? I mean, I really don't think I'm good at pretending to enjoy if I am not.

You might want to consider be BDSM mistress. Which u can kick, slap, tie or make them be your slave and dog. Do anything you want to them but no need to do dirty things for them. Make them your toilet bowl, ash tray or servant, Can earn more money than be FL and also can vents all your unhappiness on your slave.
