I agree. Night life, alcohol and cigarettes are more for shady people who are usually in the lower spectrum of society. Need not ask for evidence, nobody collects evidence but if you just bother to look around and the evidence is everywhere. Occupy yourself with healthy activities like walking, cycling or swimming. Or extract yourself out of the real world for two hours by watching a movie. That should occupy all your time given that you still need to work and sleep and eat and travel.

chilling, clubbing and drinking are just lifestyle. A hobby or relaxation or entertainment etc for some. For those with financial, work or life difficulties, not recommended but those financially ok and able to manage their work and life well shouldn't be a problem. Not necessary must lifestyle during working days. Thats why some pp do it on TGIF and Saturday night fever.
