in other words, tis better to play it safe then not right .... neighbours may report and also kenna .... as a foreignor ...god knows they may gang up with the cops to get u ...... me think its better to behave ...

take 4 example, i know a sg man who have a gf fro 2years ...1 day he go hotel with her and the cops turn up .... apparently her family arranged for that and she cried rape ....man sent to prison .... price to get out USD40,000 ...... so take my word n just be careful .....

bro .... take it this way ... even u r married to a Viet and in Vietnam but u r still treated as a foreignor .... u pay the same price as a foreignor and not a local ......I found out from a gal sometime ago .... if foreignor want a bonk it will be 100-150 USD but for locals between 500,000 to 1,000,000 VND from the same joint .........

this is still one stupid country where a foreignor is still a foreignor ... i managed to escape cos i blend in and i spoke their tongue .... so 1 word as a foreignor just be careful ......

Bro, i do know u are based there but do trust me on this ..... I was there in november and my friend just came last week also confirm the late closure ...

its illegal for joints to operate beyond 12 and this i know ..... but dun u 4get, this joint is located in Pham Ngu Lao ...... bribes do change hand ..... besides this joint is a known area for Ectasy crowd and thats why it operate late ....

maybe u take a trip down 1 nite after 12 and check it out .... its located along pham ngu lao in the direction of nguyen trai ......

actually got a bro based in Hanoi but he back for chinese new year and will return to hanoi after the 11th ..... if u based there maybe can catch up with him .....

not sure wat the number is .....

take Liberty 4 as a marker , next to it is a foot massage and hotel Vien Dong, just take a short 5 min walk down that direction and there's only 1 pub .... thats Sahara. The place will look like its close when it hits 12.30am but u see lots of activities outside and they will open the door to let u in ....

the place is just like any typical pub with a DJ console dividing the 2 halls, 2 bar counters & 2 pool table 1 inside & 1 outside.

Small bottle of heineken goes at VND28,000. The place will start to hot up after 12 midnight...... infested with party going gals & FL........

Bulk of them on "E" so most of them will be filthy horny when they do like my ex whom frequent there ..... every time she take "E" i have to service her needs .........

I think with Tiger Airways flying to HCM soon, the whole City will be filled with Singaporeans. I am sure that many bros will want to spend the holidays in HCM City looking for real fun and excitment.

So bros, pray hard that Tiger Airways can get the necessary papers and clearance from Vietnamese government soon.

I love the name Sai Gon. Don't call it HCMC....please...hahahha.
(Sai Gon is used by locals to refer to the old part of HCMC, roughly inside the bend of Sai Gon river, which is like District 1,3 and 5)

Sahara after midnight ?? With the bouncer discreetly opening the door for you after he glances left and right...Lots of "taxi girls" there :P As they are everywhere...I wonder if they finally managed to shut down all these places that are causing the "cultural pollution of the youth"...

There are also a few other late-night bars still open after midnight (technically illegal) streching along Pham Ngu Lao....it is not a very long street. Their name changes as quick as the weather in Viet Nam.

I personally like "Lost in Sai Gon" a lot...nice bare-looking bar...sometimes with happening crowd, but not choke-full of "taxi girls". Then there are the huge cavernous cafe-bar that attract the young-trendy locals.

But what triggers my memories most will be those big multi-storey mood cafe with live singers singing "french-ish songs in vietnamese", that is something !!
