I'm not sure where you will be staying but take a BTS train to Siam centre where you will find Mah Boon Kong (national stadium station) and Siam Paragon (Siam station) one of biggest basement foodcourt and restaurants.
Others nearby are Central World and Platinum Fashion malls at Pratunam and or the famous chatuchak weekend market (beware of pickpocket) at BTS Mochit station.

Should range about 23.90 to 24.00 bahts depend on the amounts.

Today morning rate at UOB Thai @ 23.85 bahts.
