I always get my jogging pace wrong. Mid way through the run, I start panting and walk.

So hoping to jog in a group and learn how control my pace.

Jogging with people is one of the worst ways to train. Different people have different pacing, their body condition for the day is also different.

Alot of amateur joggers/runners subconsciously follow other people's pace and end up stopping/panting.

Saw a few really seasoned old uncles can really manage it properly. I see them almost every week doing their solo runs.

Fun part about doing these runs is when you see someone trying to outpace you but can't and they messed up their timings. I always can't help but want to laugh when I spot these amateurs try hard. HAHAHA.

Thanks for the advice, Bro.

One more thing. My calf always feel tight about 0.5 km into the run. Like a cramp but not a cramp. How do I prevent that? I thought it is that I did not do enough warm up so I try to stretch calf more but did not help.

Used to have this issue.

Issue went away after I slimmed down and make it a point to do more long walks in the morning before evening runs. This method makes me run alot faster.

Works like a charm for me but don't know about anyone else. HAHAHA.

Theres one group of runners always train around the MBS area. Most of them are quite chio, I think they finish work, change to their lululemon outfit and exercise.

Bro, you are running too fast.

Try running at a pace where you can speak full sentence smoothly.

Before the run, do some dynamic stretching. Many folks make mistake by doing static stretching instead.
