FSG is running into trouble with Red Sox too. I think they are looking for the best price to sell and retire. If you are a staff member in such a firm, you will be thinking of leaving too. Klopp may be with us now due to the unavailability of the Germany national team boss position. Once the post is empty, who knows if he will leave too.

Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
3 more days Liverpool starts season away at Chelsea.
Liverpool is now pretty messy but think will still do okay. Those outgoings are surplus and always injured. Any thoughts how the new season for Liverpool?

Even with McAllister & Zorbohlai.... the current midfield is rather lightweight which I think will be easily overrun.

It's almost a done deal... This is indeed shocking Pool breaking the transfer record!

Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
the transfer committee is really getting to be a real joke...their relentless pursuit of Romeo Lavia by bidding all the way to $46 mil just short of $4 mil to 50 then suddenly switch back Moises Caicedo..it might not be done deal considering how Chelsea has the financial strength to play with Liverpool just to get their man..and Chelsea is also interested to snatch Lavia off Liverpool..

I don't really understand the Caicedo deal. We paid a lot of money for this 21 year old yet we say we have no money for the Bellingham deal. Bellingham went for a lower price to Real Madrid. I think we may still sign Lavia. Southampton knows Lavia's price will drop if he plays 1 year in the Championship and they are better off reinvesting the money into new players to fight for promotion.

Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
There is no done deal until both clubs and player sign the sales and employment contracts bro.
So, let us wait until any further player is officially revealed by our club as a new reds player in our new kit before assuming anything. On Bellingham, at the time he signed for Madrid, we had not released Hendo and Fab. So we did not have an extra £50+m. Also I don't think we have the money to pay for Jude's very high wages. Thus the Bellingham transfer was a no go from the moment we did not make CL. As for Lavia, I doubt we will still go for him if we actually sign Caicedo. Also not sure but think I read somewhere that if Lavia stays with Southampton he has a buy out clause to go to City next season? Quote:
