I have cut and pasted most of the useful info here. Just looking for more updated info of new discoveries and specially good places that may not have been covered.

We tend to be thorough when we do go to a new place and try to have as much info on hand as we can so we can decide on best approach based on what we are going to do in terms of whore-mongering.

The last thing we want to do is say "any brothers here to take me around!" Its not fair to them and their valuable time so we like to do R & D thoroughly first. Thanks for your reply in any case.

To be on the safe side, try Vy Vy Hotel at 163 Nguyen Thai Binh St in District 1. Costs 300,000 dong and you get a HDB 3-room flat equivalent. Good and clean. I got it for a ST bonking, not sure if it is the same price for overnight stay.

There are also quite a number along Tran Hung Dao going for USD 20 a night. Can try Mario Hotel at 940 Tran Hung Dao in District 5. Rooms are good quality and hotel is new.

Actually , there are a lot of budget hotels all over HCM City. You can find at least 10 in every district. Starting budget hotels has been a trend in HCM City for the past few years.

Not a problem Bro. Went to Napoli. 7 Pham Ngoc Thach. Go up to the Bar on the 1st Flr. There are several bar stations serviced by PRs.who were extremely friendly and before the night was done. Hugging and calling my kakis and I Hom Siar. The crowd there are upper middle class and the bands were good. Gave good renditions of CCR music. Picked up a FL for supper and she promised to bring her group of friends to meet up on Sunday evening.
