On the contrary. If he goes to court, the judge will probably let him off.

After all, the PRC whores have been causing so much trouble in Singapore and a lot of time and effort has been devoted to rounding them up and sending them home.

The defence lawyer should argue the case along the grounds that his client was simply trying to do his part as a good citizen to discourage PRC whores from roaming the dangerous streets..
