Is the current open Petain just a short lived temporary moment of pleasure for us bro? especially since when nearby condo with resident and restaurant are in full operation now , will petain just be forced out of operation eventually soon in 1 years time or so?

Have heard of this ongoing rumors that petain will eventually be forced to stop operation since 2017 ever since i started my little adventure there. I really hope that the authority can allow the operation to go on as long as possible as it is really one of the few special and unique places that remains for us bro.
