Finally tried the shop at L3 with 3 ladies because happened to walk past and saw the ladies inside. One caught my eye as I think her bod looks tight. Paid for 45mins massage plus extras which I think is reasonable. Lady is chatty and friendly. Downsides are (i) no shower facilities, (ii) curtain setup, and (iii) massage actually quite soft.
