yeah agreed, only if you happen to walk pass a better rate , its no point going all the way to a difficult to reach place just for 0.1 difference.

0.1baht difference x SGD1000 is only 100B ; cant even buy a bottle of beer in an agogo bar. Draft maybe la!

THB100 savings also cannot cover to/fro transport cost and time wasted also.

So every time when people ask me which money changer gives the best rate.
I'll reply, "Are you Forex trader or UBS trading desk staff? How many lots you want to buy or sell?"

we kiasu mah broder... lol..

reminded me of my kiasu fren, go everywhere oso bargain.. go phuket take minibus 150baht oso try to bargain hard, waste time. Went shower house, WL ask him to buy 40 baht water he oso bargain, saying if he buy her drink, her tips will reduce. lol... I hear liao want to punch him.

with the economy outlook not quite possible, the only one is RM which is screwed. Next year will be worst n technical recession is just ard the corner.
