Not very sure man. But I heard Timog Ave at Quezon City which is nearer to you have a lot of nice clubs and bars. Not those FL type but more for university students and middle class people. It is also near to the TV Station so got chance to see some filipino celebrities. Never being there myself but told by a few cute pinoy asking me to go there cheong, never have the time to go so far there yet.
