Quality and Service comes down.
This is happening just about anywhere in the world.

According to my customer feedback over the years.
Most are willing to pay more if they can get a certain quality and service level.

Here's the interesting part.
The price of ST/LT is pretty much "fixed" according to the so called market rate.

It's unfortunate that we couldn't get to meet and cheong the last time round. Perhaps u may have found someone u liked on the day that I visited. U may have been there too early.
