Visted 97 Nguyen THi Minh Khai once during my last trip. Nice deco and the girls are indeed dressed to kill.
Setback is the price, more expensive that any other discos i have been. A bottle of Martel or Chivas cost 1.8 - 2 million VND. Ouch !

Worst part is, the girls and service crew will literally IGNORE you if you do not open a bottle. It sucks but it's the sad truth in VN.

I went with one other bro and was squeezed to a small table all the way to a corner at the back. Waiter show us the drink list... we picked a bottle of red wine, he went to ask and come back to say don't have. We opt for volka, he also say don't have. Keep asking us to buy the expensive bottles. Got pissed and just order two beer. Finished up and leave.

Went off to Gossip... got in and found a table. Ordered two beer again and acted like clowns. All other tables around us have 4 bottles of Martel, cos it's 2+2 promotion. People just look at us like we are aliens.

Nope no visa required, sometimes the bladdy custom officer will ask you out of the blue "Any visa?", just tell them dun have and no need. They can speak & understand english so not an issue.
