The DAILY GRIND - it's like we do repeatedly practise daily our elementary + fundamental dance steps in beginner's dance class, rain or shine, without fail... to start begging the senior samsters to up u.

This is because we need to spread to 1000 others before we can re-up the same person again.

Hence, in order for us to get more points ourselves, we need to up daily like in the MLM [multi-level marketing] scheme, where in order to rise, we need to build a BIG pyramid base structure first by encouraging more to up everyone without u yrself setting any MINIMUM requirements & return the points promptly, to rise together.

What I see is tt u need to post daily in all 15 [fifteen] threads to widen yr exposure to more samsters to up u after u had promised to remember to up them back.

You need to get minimum 50 points before you get power of 1.

Reputation System Questions:

Bottomline -
1) When a reputation score of 50 is reached, reputation power becomes 1.
So ask other Bros to up you and promise to up them back once you have power.

2) A min of 10 posts is required to gain your 1st rep power.

After that,
When you see a person's posting from the last 2 days, on the top right hand corner, you will see a weighing scale. Just click on the scale and, when a window opens, select approve and write any comments, eg "Hi, Hior98 has just upped you with xx points"
That way, the recipient will know who upped him.

To find a person, click on search on the tool bar at the top and select advanced search.
Type in the name of the person you are searching for.
Then it will list all the recent posts by that person you were searching for.

Finally don't start upping people when you still have zero power. Wait until you have at least 1. Otherwise the receiving party gets nothing.
