#16 must be the recently new massage lady in Saigon 1, and as other fellow bros have pointed out that's not the SOP.
For 1-hour package (RM168), SOP is: normal oil massage for the first 30 mins followed by B2B for the final 30 mins. For 1.5-hour package (RM203), slot in additional 30 mins hot stone massage in between the slots. Yet to try 2-hour one though (RM233).
During B2B, the girls would use their bodies to rub/massage yours (hence body-to-body). You're lucky though to get to finger her, I have experienced numerous times when I got rejected down there.
Usually all massage sessions would end with shower (means cleaning up after you have shot your loads), and depending on chemistry level, your girl would shower together with you.
