It's thế mà nói chờ em ~ then how come said wait for me
Since there weren't any sign, it could be thế ma nói cho em ~ then ghost (will) tell me, like bro vietboy said. However, because of the previous sentence kung ngu ngon roi ah?, the red one should be in contrast.

Hope this helps.
I just wanna correct a bit, Uj = Ui = Rui = Rùi = Rồi = Already, also simplified informal way of writing.

i thought noi cho em is tell give her which in other word is call her and talk .. cho can be wait or give/for , cause i think if she ask "how come say wait for me" should will be tai sao noi cho em which is why say wait for me will be more smooth . that the fun part in tieng viet , even you understand it , sometimes the word will still confuse you . ~

Reason: add some words

It's because there's no exact translation for that word "mà" in this sentence. Some close words could be: "but", "although"; as in "but/although you said wait me".. I believe what happened was that: bro JF KCed the VB, said he would stay awake and wouldn't sleep before her, but he did, that's why got the red sentence.
If you say "nói cho somebody", cho here is a must add on after nói (more like "to" in "talk to"), we never say "nói somebody" (as we should say "talk to somebody" instead of "talk somebody").
It's quite complicated, coz we use "nói" to cover all cases of using "talk, speak, say" in English. Here are some examples:
"Nói ai đó thông minh, là một lời khen tốt" = "Say someone intelligent, is a good compliment" (here used "nói somebody" right, but it's different from "talk to somebody")
"Nói trước đám đông" = "Speak in front of the crowd"

There is no exact translation of mà in English, but there is a direct translation in Chinese: mà =怎麼
Ex.
"anh ko di lam ma co tien" (我沒去工作怎麼會有錢)
This is different from
"anh ko di lam nhung co tien" (我沒去工作但我有錢)
It is confusing sometimes, because vietnamese also say
"anh ko di lam nhung ma co tien", in this case, nhung ma = nhung
Hope this information is useful
