i remember being taken by tuktuk to this big building where i think price was slightly high. I understand shouldn't go there because over price.

In Japan they used to have Turkish baths. Now they’re called soaplands. I’m not sure if the Japanese invented the modern massage parlor, but they sure refined the concept.

I’ve never gone to a soapland in Japan, so I dun know what happens there for sure, but I assume u can get a soapie B2B massage.

If that’s ur thing, you can now get a real Japanese soapland experience right here in BKK. Otemachi from Kyoto has just opened right in the middle of SMS heaven, Suk Soi 24/1. U can’t miss, it’s gaudily lit up. There are some suspicious looking Jp guys hanging around outside trying to lure u in. If u go inside, they’ll surround u and the girls all come in for a line-up. It’s kinda high pressure sales.

It’s hard to tell how the girls look like (from the neck down), because they wear thick office-type uniforms.

There was a girl standing outside who looked a little different. I expected her to try to drag me in but she did nothing. Later, inside, the Jp guys said they brought a real soapland girl from Japan to train the local girls.
