Some of the new FLs (esp SYTs) have no access to internet.

I got some asking me whether i saw their new photos on the web (when they took 2nd sets of photos by their new OKTs). I noticed most changed their names with new sets of photos, even description of services are different from the first. very strange, some FLs became MLs suddenly overnight.

I am not so concern about prices but this sudden change in services......?????

I feel that prices are related to the econ theory. Prices are high because in the market the supply has shortages, each girl is receiving too many call from customers so that price can set higher to meet the demand. If there are more girls in the market, each girl will be handling lesser call on customer therefore i think prices will start to go down eventually. So i guess we should know who are controlling the supply ? lols

3. There are alternative markets - another country loh

I am not siding with anybody here, I am just stating some facts here. Do't frame me.

However, IMHO they(some) are forced to increase the priceing due to the cost of their room rental here. As you all know the property prices here is going up like nobody business.

If we are looking for a safe place to do our business with them without having to produce 2 ID for a transit hotel 钟点房 or someone come knocking at the hotel room door half way through our business.

I think we must also put ourself in their shoe. They also need to cover the rental, unlike last time we get a room for say $25/ 2hours(forget how much liao).
Ever since the requirement to produce 2 ID, I had stop visiting those transit hotel. I would go for those FL/WL which includes room.
This is just my own view. don't frame me please.

It is true rentals went up (not so drastic lah) but i heard from some FLs that their OKTs charge something like S$6,000 to S$7,000 each a month. They complaint that most of their effort end up in OKTs' pockets. Dunno how true this is. Any bro or OKT want to comment?

@I would like to clarify - nobody is forcing, both are willing parties. The rates above are for good apartments in Area B.
Consider that FLs work 20days - minus code red and rest(MC). If they want $3000+ for themselves nett, they need income of about $10,000, right? They would need about $500 a day.

If FL charge $100 per customer, then FL need 5 customers a day. Can a new FL in Singapore get 5 customers a day?
Well, some can but some cannot. That's why we can see some staying like only for 2 to 3 weeks, then go home.
These may be pretty good ones (SYT) but due to many factors, they failed to attract enough customers. These pretty good ones go home and tell their sisters back home that this is a hard ground. This will in turn affect supply of good ones.

I can see many still staying are nervously advertising in many sites. This drives up their costs. That's why those who can survive are uping the prices. Those who come later (not knowing the true situation) will be tempted to increase price too.
