i just don't understand the judging criteria...they say beauty alone is not good enough, you got to have the brains too...so they might as well renamed the competition to the "Singapore Brainest Miss Universe"...

...these so called "judges" do "injustice" to the MSU......I was pretty impressed with Adil's answer , eventhough is kinda "normal" ..........
To start with ....the list of finalists was a let down....almost 80% CMI...leaving so little choices .......mayb , Uncle SAM (SBF) should send "representatives" to MSU to offer ways to entice better candidates to join next year MSU.......

Typo mate. She is 24 years of age on the day she was crowned. Nice lass. Pretty talkative too, I can see she is on cloud nine. Overall impression, she needs to touch ground zero from time to time and not get carried away with all the glamour.

i believe once she touch base in mexico city and face the other competitors, she would probably find herself just a drop in the ocean..

I guess you can say the winner was the best of the worst.
She won cos the standard of her competition was very low.
Those really good looking girls in Singapore will either become models or bankers or insurance agents liao...hahaha...

During the post event celebration she is well aware of the 'competition' on the world stage and in a way seems well prepared to be ousted on the onset. My earlier rhetoric is markedly on her prospects hereafter. I dont think after being crowned, she would still walk down the aisle serving tea. My thots is in reference to Caldicott. Afterall she did mentioned her wants for a wildlife show of her own. Our local network is one of the few good places to call in for work. It wouldnt be easy as before tho. My point is she should just enjoy the ride and ground herself if she knows whats good for her.

Absolutely agree. Go to Citibank and u can find better looking OLs there. But again, the entertainment industry is meant to "entertaint"

Seriously i think last year's winner was way better. Not just because of her boobs(but that plays a part!haha!) but her face is way prettier then again amplified by the fact her boobs are so nice and juicy! haha! So ya i guess last year was better! haha!
