gog: There's a bakery in the basement.

B: Oh.

I led the way and brought her down. She took a while and finally bought a few pieces of bread.







B: There. I'm done.

gog: Let's go, I'm parked in the carpark at the interchange.

Bernice quietly walked next to me and we didn't talk much, at least I don't remember we did.

Reaching the carpark I gestured to Bernice that I'm parked the other side and we walked on.

Nothing dramatic, got into the car and headed down towards PIE.






gog: Which part of tampines?

B: Near xxx.

gog: Isn't that...

B: Yes.

gog: Condo XX, right?

Bernice nodeed. Woah... when can I be retrenched and still stay in a condo?

We laughed. It was the first time I see her laugh without hesitation or any form of unnaturalness.

She looked relaxed now that business talk is over.

I was REALLY trying to make small talk, not flirt, and the best way to make small talk is exaggerated comments like ladies' age.

Reached her condo and dropped her off.

Went home and didn't think much about it, just want to sleep. Tired already.

Friday evening I got a message from Bernice.





B: Hey, I found some HDBs, looks ideal and matches your criteria. Are you free to take a look?

gog: When?

B: Tomorrow noon are you free? I got 3 houses at xx area, high floors, near carpark and lift access.

gog: You send me the location, I'll meet you there.

B: Sure!

Bernice very dutifully sent me a link to DropBox, an excel document. Before I could do anything, she messaged me again.

B(ernice): I sent you the listings, you take a look, I'll meet you at 4pm tomorrow at XX.

I didn't reply Bernice, but I powered on my computer, opened up the link using my PC and did a surrounding check on google map.

Checking every unit, I looked at the map, nearby facilities, amenties, distance to carpark and did some homework. Added on a few more columns, NTUC, coffeeshop etc. Food is important!

Went to bed after doing homework. 7 early, 8 early... *DING*





B: Reminder, I'll see you at 4pm later!

She is really enthusiastic about her work. I particularly don't like to do sales in any form especially housing or property as the work usually starts only after office hours or weekends.

I merely replied her 'OK' and went on with my things. Time came and went, I left house and reached at 3.45pm.

I saw a knuckle leaving prints on my window as I engaged 'P' and off'd my engine. Sigh, I HATE people touching my car.

Usually the new and younger sales person in most trades are more enthusiastic and responsive. The older and more successful ones will be more picky and less responsive.

Like I said. Sometimes we just need to break the zero. Once broken, I think everything comes into place. Bernice needed a break from her unlucky life thus far. She needs this break and most would not bat an eyelid at a fresh agent. After all, she has 0 experience.

Honestly, I wasn’t happy about her as well because I don’t want to waste my time if she cannot deliver. I went with my gut feel on this and thus, you folks have a story to read lor.

It was Bernice, she was leaning forward and excited to see me. To get my attention she knocked on my window. What caught my attention wasn't just her knocking.

Inevitably, at her bending forward, her blouse (I think it was button blouse, I can't remember for sure) pulled down and I saw something jiggling.

Something jiggled in my groin too at that moment.

Light pink cups, and best.. half cups. My favourite type of bra. Not a boring beige or ah ma type of bra. What shook me was the way it jiggled, definitely a full cup size. I remember how her flesh swung left and right.

Being a gentleman means I don't really get to see such things much and of course it was astonishing to outrage a woman's modesty like this.

Got out of the car and Bernice walked over to my side.



B(ernice): Good afternoon gog!

gog: Go..ood afternoon.

B: How are you?

gog: Mmm okay, hope to see the houses I like today.

B: I added 2 more in the list so make it 5 viewings. Hope can find one you like.

Bernice started to introduce the area to me, told me how good the place is, what I can find around the area.

My concerns were different, for start this carpark is mostly open air with a short 2-3 storey MSCP which means it would be extremely crowded and also, it's not exactly near the block I'm at.

Would hate to walk in the rain or brolly to the MSCP and I'm not keen to park open air carparks.

Went up and reach a corner unit. 4 rooms. Greeted by the agent of the seller, said hi to the old couple sitting around and brought me to view the house.

The usual reasons are given for selling:

'Kids grown up'

'Downsizing 'cos kids moved out'

'Bought new BTO in seng kang'
