I have been trying to convince my gf to swing, but she wants to see first before doing anything. She wants to try, but shy and scare.

Btw, i am 34 and she is 36. Both of us are chinese and we would rate ourselves as above average looking.

Any suggestions to help her to overcome the first time nervousness?? Is it ok that we only do soft swing??
