@I would like to clarify - nobody is forcing, both are willing parties. The rates above are for good apartments in Area B. This is just a case of expected return vs the reality.

Consider that FLs work 20days a month - minus code red and rest(MC). If they want $3000+ for themselves nett and pay OKT $7000, they need income of about $10,000, right? They would need to earn about $500 a day.

If FL charge $100 per customer, then FL need 5 customers a day. Can a new FL in Singapore (just arrived) get 5 customers a day? Well, some can but some cannot. That's why we can see some staying like only for 2 to 3 weeks, then go home.These may be pretty good ones (SYT) but due to many factors, they failed to attract enough customers. I had wanted to meet some SYT when i could get leave, but most of the time too late.

These pretty good ones go home and tell their sisters back home that this is a hard ground. This will in turn affect future supply of good ones.

I can see many still staying are nervously advertising in many sites. This will drive up their costs. That's why those who can survive are uping the prices. Those who come later (not knowing the true situation) will be tempted to increase price too.

Because the turnover of FL, OKT will need to put in more effort in searching for new ones, thus driving up his costs and expected return.This will end up in a viscous cycle of price increase. Any bro or OKT got solution?tr

I believe you can get a room for $1500 to 2000 per month yourself. OKT 's fee used to be $ 300 per month. Even if OKT makes a cut on the room , 6 to 7 K is excessive.

Well, for not so good apartments, i heard about S$5,000 include airfares, visa, transport,...

There is a discrepancy in pricing:
Some cmi charging average price as some good cfm.
Some ML charging same as FL w massage.
Some w/o room charging higher than with room.
very confusing leh!

In the price range of S$60 to S$120, some standardization is needed. Any bro or OKT wanna comment?

Yes as many have noticed, girls from china are trying to increase their prices. And i agree that some who use to be 80 trying to push to 100-120 and some who used to be 100 is pushing to 120-170. And this was before the chinese new year.

Though i can understand the cost of living is not exactly low here, but that does not justify the increase of 20%- 70% of the fees they are asking. And to be honest, does the service really differ from a year ago?

All the sammys will know that there are easily over a hundred girls available every day. We have a diverse range of girls here though i cant say I'm very proud of it. We have Thais, views, Taiwanese, Koreans, Russians, polish, Ukrainians, Some brazilians, Malaysians, and last but not least our Singapore girls. Our supply here, i can say is one of the biggest in Asia.

End of the day bros, It is our money. We are the customers and we deserve to spend our money right and not being taken advantage off. Every now and then, i would talk to the girls that are servicing me and find out about their stories and stuff. There was one 22 year old china girl who charges 100 for full service. Worked really hard and clocks in 6-7 customers a day for 6 days a week. After a year, after deduction of food and rent, she still makes over 100k savings. Now how many bros can tell me that this not enough for them or any one for that matter.

I met another massage girl, late 20s, charges 80 per session. I told her about the 22 year old girl story cus i was in a state of denial. i was asking how can anyone make that much really? My massage girl told me i was her 7th customer that day...

The fact is, if their service is good, they will get customers and repeated customers. We, the customers, will gladly pay for good and reasonable service. This is a service business. However if the reason was to make more faster, then that means taking us the customers for granted and a fool.

Wow, S$700 a day x 20days = S$14,000 (minus code red and rest) say OKT takes S$7,000, she still get S$7,000 a month, higher than my pay man!

@ Like what bro sghero said, i am also just suggesting proper pricing mechanism. Otherwise, many bros will be priced out (like in the COE system). Unlike the COE system, demand is more flexible as some bros will drift to another area of supply.
