taking upshirt picture is wrong, so is threating others and abusing others parent. Hope you do realise that.

Dnat i cannot believe you said that, you are one of the most repsected guy around here. Yes Taking upskirt pictures of others is wrong, but it cannot be link to a scenrio like the one you created.

imagine a "HaoLian" who like to boast and show off his money, and was robbed subsequently, of course the robbers are guilty, but noone is going to say the haolian is not at fault totally. Get my point?

To me, stealing and taking up skirt pictures both have link to what the other samster (hehe, lazy to go back and check) refers to as the 'contributing factor' (so-called the 'good chance').

Personally, I don't sympathize anyone who dun take care of their own belongings or anyone who wears revealing attires. But under our legal framework, they are not doing wrong. Those who snatch other's belongings / take upskirt pictures are.

In the eyes of law, 'hau-lian' is not punishable by law; the robber is.

Certainly, as i have said in my previous post. The person who took the upskirt photo is guilty in the eye of law, not only that, it is ethically not right too. There was never a doubt about that.

My point was that it shouldn't be compare with the "if someone leave behind a wallet contains lots of cash, its not all your fault if you take the money, reason being its partly the owner's fault for being careless " statement.

As you amplified my points, many don't empathize with those haolian who go around boasting how rich they are

i am afriad to say, you didnt see my point in my post. I didnt say it is correct to take upskirt pictures, infact i said it was wrong.

your statement/arguement/quote on nokia at fault is even less convincing even if it was only a quote.

It's gonna be tough for you to prove that that wallet containing lots of cash was being carelessly misplaced. Or, the owner of that wallet being haolian. Unless, of course if you have omniscience. I thought it all boils down to honesty on the part of the person who find the wallet to return to the rightful owner?
