Nowadays you see lesser and lesser or no shemale hanging out at Orchard Tower anymore
I wonder why...

Maybe its seasonal. There was a time where you can see a whole lot of them flocking to you asking for specials. First they will suggest balestier hotel and charge you $200-300.
If you say no money, they can just HJ or BJ you at the carpark staircase for $50.

Those who will accept 100 all in owns the joint. If they are workers, the entrance fee of 50 goes to the boss and they have no cut from it unless there are prior agreed arrangements. Most, if not all, one woman operation joints are their own boss and these tends to accept low fee.

Some are willing to take low fee but not all, those with not much business willl. On a slow day, the chances are higher.

There are a couple of joints in 3rd floor with shower facilities eg Paris's shop and Alia's shop. 4th floor, there are 2 joints with shower facilities. 2nd floor, so far never see any with it.
