Stretching Methods.
Stretching techniques are particularly useful for treatment of the adult or adolescent non-retractile foreskin where BXO is not present.

Stretching for a tight foreskin.
Use baby oil, Vaseline intensive care hand and body lotion, Nivea or any bland cream as a lubricant. Pull the foreskin forward away from the body several times then pull it back and hold it in the stretched position for several minutes twice daily. When the hole is large enough insert your thumb , or smaller finger if necessary, into the foreskin and grip the glans ( the head of the penis) between finger and thumb. Roll the foreskin over the thumb until the tight ring is white with stretching. Hold it in this position as long as you can at a time- say 5 minutes. . Repeat as often as you have the time and enthusiasm for. If later you find there is room for two or more fingers then use them.
If time permits even better results may be possible if you soak your penis in warm water for some minutes before you start to stretch.
If the opening to the foreskin is very narrow consider using a Glansie ( www.glansie.com) to advance to the methods above.

Steroid creams should be used next if no significant progress has been made after a month- You can always have a preputioplasty* if all else fails. The cream you need is called Betamethasone 0.05% sold in 30 G tubes. Sold in this country as DiproSone ..
It is a prescription only medicine which means you will have to ask your doctor for a prescription.)
The cream should be massaged into the tight part of the foreskin inside and outside 2-3 times a day for at least a month combined with further stretching.
As the foreskin widens it may become apparent that the frenulum is restricting retraction. This can be remedied by a small operation called a frenuloplasty performed under a local anaesthetic.
Take care to avoid premature retraction beyond the corona of the glans to avoid paraphimosis.

yes...also to stretch the foreskin for easy pullback next time...at first you will feel uncomfortable, but sometimes i think back the desensitizing sensation was rather shiok...i wish to have this feeling again...

I think they do not do it, for me they refer me to SGH, then 1 appointment, to set date, total about 2 weeks before they cut me.

thanks dude, mind pm-ing me the sgh sugreon contacts or name? my foreskin is getting worse now... i will describe abit, but i dont know if u all understand..

penis have a little hole rite? the hole its getting bigger as the side the skin break... and it never heal, its getting worst now... this is becuz of v.tight foreskin, it hurt always >_<"

Sorry Bro, forgot her name already.

I almost had the same problem as you, I tried to pull back the skin to wash, the skin stretch and tear at the edges, it always heals, but when it heals, it actually shrinks the hole and when I pull back to wash it splits again. That's why I had to get it done, go Polyclinic, if it doesn't heal means it could lead to infections, they might treat it more seriously and rush your appointment.

Done my circumsion last week as I had the same problem with skin tearing at the fore skin edge. I will heal but the tearing will come back. It hurts like hell when u urine as the teared skin may retract into your penis.

For now, I am laying of sex until I am totally heal... Very hard with no sex :P

I tried the stretching method sometime when in unerect mode the skin roll back over the head which trap public hair inside.. Bery pain.. How i wish there is some sort of penis ring to help retreat the foreskin.

Circumcised 2 years ago at Gleneagles. Cost me 1300. Geez. Before circumcised can last as long as i want. After circumcised within 5 minutes come. Too sensitive. Still trying to find solutions to this problem.

Can't help thinking of the Anethesia doctor, was sooooooooooo pretty at CGH. I dunno why, but the doctor told me that i can't have sexual intercourse for another month! Must be too long in the foreskin already. So, im now planning my next bonk HEHEHE

well.. i did mine when i was 16. really uncomfortable and my dickhead was like ultra sensitive..... anyway, cant complain now.. its easy to clean, having sex was great.. no worries abt any foreskin.. i just didnt really like some scars around the skin... anyone has the same problem?

Better to have a male doctor for circumcision surgery. Anyway If the doctor is a felmale, I dont think you will still be able to stand when you are on the operation table. Worst you wanna stand but cannot and you may get internal injury.
