I checked every counter, some are close, only 1 offers above 11K vnd, all the rest are below. Just have to make-do will the best. Hopefully when the market reopens, the exchange rate will go up again.

I also changed VND there last Sat but only got S$1 to 109XXVND

Anyway, didn't spend much this trip since 95% of the places were closed during the TET holidays, so made 2 trips to Le Duyen4 in all. Just b4 I headed for the airport, tried the stall selling clam noodles (on Le thanh Ton, near Troung Dinh) and it was delicious ..yum yum

Was at Mask 51 last nite with 2 Brudders.....

Very happening leh...... lots of SYT VNs. And the best thing about it is the place is quite reasonable..... $23.50 for Jug during Happy Hours and $28.50 normal pricing.

The FLs are butterflies and we just tip them $20 at the end of the night.

If i do my calculations hor....... for the cost of each trip to HCMC.... i can go to Mask 51 and do 8 different FLs spread out over 2 years because they rotate their stock every 2 - 3 months...... kekeke
